Krishna Kumar, a post-graduate in Sociology, was born, brought up and schooled in the small town of Ara, one of the archetypal urban-rural continuums of Bihar, where politics and its nuances run in peopleâs blood. Growing up in this heady environment, he acquired a keen interest in the dynamics of politics and society. He first joined the Intelligence Bureau, Govt of India as Intelligence Officer and later the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR), New Delhi where he is working at present as Under Secretary. His interests in politics, democracy and social issues keep him occupied with writing articles, blogs and letters on various related topics in magazines and newspapers. âDEMOCRACY 2.0: The Algorithm of Changeâ is his first novel. Brilliant book
I thoroughly enjoyed the book, esp. the story line. This book 'proposes' fresh ideas of about democracy to the reader and then also manages to 'convince' about those ideas, through its fluid conversation. The pace of story never lets you feel putting the book down in between the reading. Really, very satisfying read.
i read this book in one go...it gave deep insight about how changes can be brought in India... recommend this book to each and everyone who wants to know india better
