Basically astudy of how a society organises its money, economics continously enhance in scope as new economic policies are formulated every year by all countries across the world. Accordingly, new terms keep cropping up frequently which make the subject all the more obscure and difficult. With a view to make the subject easily comprehensible for students specialising in the field and laso the common man who are directly or indirectly related to it, the Dictionary of Economics has been prepared.

S N Chand a research scholar in the field of Economics, has obtained his Master`s degree from Delhi university and his law degree from the Meerut University in 1996. He also holds Post-Grraduate Diploma in Business Management from the same university in 1998. Thereafter he completed his Post-Graduate Diploma in Computer application and Chartered Accountancy Professional Course in 2000. Earlier, he was on the faculties of S.R.M Institute of Management & Technology.
