I bought this as an emergency backup for my heavier Manfrottos and as a first tripod for my son (4 years), who is a photography enthusiast and uses a little point-and-shoot. It is very lightweight, and easy to set up and use (even for my son), but is EXTREMELY flimsy. It was all fine until I borrowed it from him. I broke the quick-release lever on my very first use while trying to mount a tiny camcorder to record an event! Now I have to fix it for him or get another tripod head that will fit ...

This tripod serves all purpose for a good photography. It is not having any ball joint. Instead it has moving joints in two perpendicular axes. If you want to leave your camera steady in any position, you need to tighten the knob. I think one should not expect more than this at this price. The best thing about this tripod is- it is low cost, light weight, small form factor, extends upto approx 5 feet, reasonable built quality and serves all purpose of a tourist. No need to ask a third person ...

if these sellers don't deliver in Hyderabad it's your job to move out and find an seller whose ASS can land in our city. We would understand if it was Himalayas or so but it's hyderabad what's going in. End Of the day it's just simple logistics if I am right and that too it's handled by you what else

Or may be used as per my 3 years old daughter, a tent, for her.

Capacity 3000 gms as per product description, I used it with my Canon 600D with battery pack without any lens at full stretch on the floor and wow………the legs just widen by this. It’s a rough surface and not some ceramic tile or marble floor.(will post a video on youtube later, you will love ,watch in slow motion, just search for “Flipkart’s DigiFlip CT001 Camera Tripod” on youtube).

I had returned my Second shipment as I received Defect piece for the second time, now as per flipkart rules they will only return me money to my wallet neither sending me one more piece, thanks for not sending me the tripod. This is my first bad experience with flipkart. They took all most one week to deliver the product which was another bad experience. Please think once before you buy this product , its waste of money

I have used this tripod for 10 snaps and the spring holding the camara screw is not functioning.
