Good Book...Helpful for beginners....

I bought this book 3 months ago and I find it useful for my studies. It is a very good book with a lot of fundamental as well as advanced details of digital computer logic and design but it lacks many parts of computer architecture like RISC and CISC architecture, Flynn's architecture, etc. So the book written by M.M.Mano & C.R.Kime is better as it includes the architecture part also.....
Overall its a good book.

The Book is good, author is renowned. The text may be found difficult for beginners but it is very good for those who know basics of Logic. I would recommend Thomas Floyd DIGITAL FUNDAMENTALS for a complete beginner in this paper. However Floyd book does not have detailed description of subject matter it just touches the titles. However this book is great in detail.

The book have a pretty large content but i would say that it not well organised. i bring down the interest of a person toward the subject.

i have tried that book . Seriously i you want begin dlc in a good manner or thorough way then i will recommend you Floyd's Book (Digital Fundaments)
