In the industrial city of Dunwall, technology and other-worldly forces are bound together in the most mysterious of manners. The unlucky people who are infected with the virus are known as Weepers as they shed tears of blood.

Weepers are extremely violent creatures who will shred any living thing to bits if it comes in contact with them. Dishonored sets the stage perfectly for a revenge story which will take you across the ravaged land of Dunwall to stop a government that is determined to keep the secret of the plague hidden.

The game is targeted towards hard-core gamers who like horror and mystery games. The action-adventure first-person shooter video game has a strong emphasis on stealth elements and allows use of various gadgets within the game. Synopsis and Features

A bodyguard has various duties. From securing the line of sight to making sure no hostiles are present in the area, a bodyguard’s life is filled to the brim with responsibilities. When so much is at stake, imagine a situation where the same person is framed for the murder of the person he is supposed to protect. In Dishonored, you play as an assassin who has to wear a mask feared by everyone living in Dunwall. Navigate through the chaos filled city and try to prove your innocence before everything you believe in turns into a vicious lie.

Developed by Arkane Studios and published by Bethesda Softworks, Dishonored introduces a revolutionary kill system which allows you to combine teleportation, gadgets and supernatural elements to kill your enemies. The minimum requirements essential to play the game smoothly on your computer are Windows Vista, a 3.0 GHz dual core processor, an NVidia GeForce GTX 460 or ATI Radeon HD 5850 graphics card, 3 GB RAM and 9 GB of free hard disk space.

The single-player campaign gives you a chance to explore various ways in which you can assassinate your victims. Assessing your environment you can devise a strategy to overcome your opponents. This feature offers immense replay value as you can play the game again adopting a new plan every time. Each mission will introduce you to a small sandbox style environment where you can use your powers and combat skills the way you deem fit.

Interesting features in the game include the ability to possess any living creature. If you have to make a quick getaway from an intense situation or if you have to infiltrate an army base, this ability will be of immense help as you can easily sneak into any place you want. In the game you will be wearing a suit that can be tweaked and tuned to your requirements.

You can learn new abilities and upgrade various gadgets to overcome your enemies more efficiently. This factor will put you in the lead for winning more matches against others as you can use your upgraded powers to finish off your enemies more easily. With 6 active powers, four enhancements and 40 bone charms, you can use various powers in the game to summon rats, knock back enemies using wind blasts and do several other things.

You can have a lot of fun while playing the game as you even have the ability to bend time under certain scenarios. Various DLC packs are available for the game that includes Arcane Assassin, Shadow Rat, Backstreet Butcher and Acrobatic Killer. The downloadable content adds more enhancements for the character's abilities, money and several other things.
