Very immersive and interesting book, managed to finish in a week. It is an engaging book with author making you feel that you are there with him, however for me the most interesting part is to know how much India was different them with so much flora and fauna and the rich heritage and humble folks. A recommended read for people interested in wildlife, rural India and most of all engaging stories.

I had always wanted to read a compilation of Corbett's saga from my school days. A master storyteller, the book is full of gripping and vivid description of the Indian jungle and the resident lord. A must book for reading to the children.

Truly amazing omnibus is this, i had read Jim Corbetts Books seperately a long time ago. But in this 6 books are combined in one & makes a pleasureful & wonderful reading experience.
