Summary Of The Book

The University Grants Commission (UGC) conducts the countrywide National Eligibility Test (NET) to select candidates for Junior Fellowship and for lecturer posts at various universities. There are also many equivalent State Level Eligibility Tests called SLET or SET tests. These follow a similar pattern and syllabus as the NET exams. The NET/SET exams consist of three papers. The first is a general aptitude test paper of objective type questions. The other two papers are subject specific, testing the candidate’s knowledge in the subject they choose.
