Best book on Eating Review by Rajdeep KamatArguably the best book out there on the most basic but neglected aspect of our life: 'Feeding ourselves'. Rujuta has not only shattered all the diet myths through her book but has done it in such a logical way that leaves no trace of doubt in one's mind. Her language is simple and her knowledge exceptional. Her philosophy of 'eat food to lose fat' sounds radical first but by the end of the book it feels like the most natural thing.
As someone who has been grapling with weight loss issues for a long time and having consulted the so called 'expert dieticians' with no results, except losing my confidence, I would heartily recommend this book and its philosophy to everyone: age, sex, fitness levels, no bar.
Through real life examples, cheat sheets, interesting anecdotes etc Rujuta has managed to make the book highly entertaining. Sounds too good to be true? Just grab a copy and read for yourself. Its a must read- if ever there was one.

Review by Maya PaiI don't think this book worth to buy. she is pretty much took ideas of all the diets which are popular and came up with this one. Originality does not lie. The way she explains doesnot make sence. She talks as if she is the only style Guru and rest are nothing. I didn't like the book and I am returning it.
Pl don't buy this. she is just using KK name.

Ramdeo baba is popular because he has made yoga an household name. if rujuta tries she too can become an house hold name if not i will definitely distribute 100 books to my friends and relatives. Its simple to understand, simple to implement and i always believed that doing simple things r the most difficult task and she has proved she can. i see the hard work she puts after the client and she has a passion. i wish her all the success in all her future endevour.

Knowledge is no waste. Review by Neelam IngaleIf you know nothing of nutrition and if you are an Indian then you should read this book. The language may not be good but the book gives a lot of insight on so many diet mistakes people usually make. Above all the 4 principles work...as in they really work! So the book is very convincing. It will be a true eye opener to those u've not thought of their stomachs ever in life. well there maybe several books on the subject....and this one is sure to be among those books which would be a a guide for dieting. This book is really good.......a must read for all those weight watchers! The best part is that its easy to read....even for those who are not avid readers. The language used is simple and one at many junctures feels as if the author is speaking to the reader.
The book has various nutritional facts and tells the reader the benefits of eating at the right time,right quantity and exercising. Its all about Moderation finally!
I started reading this book when i was 57kgs....and i'm proud to say that i'm a good 53kgs now....fit as a fiddle,more energetic,my hair is shinier,skin is glowing and i'm receiving umpteen compliments for the way i look.
If you want a physical transformation and want to be able to stay looking good your whole life then this book is for you!!!

I am exercising only half an hour a day (walking) and no gym. I feel energetic throughout the day. The book seems like a godsend to me, i weighed 85 kg but have reduced to 81 in 2 weeks!
I live alone, work all day and cook for myself. needless to say i am bored in the evenings and the first thing i used to do as soon as i got back from work was reach out for my bag of ready to eat packaged snacks, after which i always felt guilty, then consoled myself by resolving to go on a diet the next day and in the end ordered a big restaurant dinner. Need i say more??
For ten years i had not eaten my favourite breakfast of toast and eggs, i never bought butter, ghee or sweets, yet my weight kept going up.
After reading the book, it is almost as if i have been reborn. i am enjoying my favourite foods, am at peace and am losing weight.
This book is a MUST READ!!

dont lose ur mind Review by shuchita phadkeafter a long long search i really could find some book which could satisfy my quench for loosing weight, an excellent book, the wonderful part is the author allows us to have our normal diet which we r used to since ages. quitting my first coffee was and is still a bit difficult for me, but somehow i m getting over this habit too, following all the instructions is not yet totally possible, but i think a step every time is a good effort, whatdya say? apart from everything, the author being a puneite, i found her much more closer to my heart. she has explained wonderfully the role of each of the food type making it easy for a layman to understand food and its significant role in our life, i myself have made a few notes about the book, the diet to be followed, the food items to be included as well as excluded and whats more a have started walking on the path of good health with her tips, i have also zeroxed my notes and started circulating them amongst my healthy (over) friends, thnx for the good book , dear author keep it up, good wishes for more good books and good luc to me for losing my weight.

Haven't got the book but can relate to it Review by RihuHi...I just saw the author on a talk show of nadia khan n realized that she has immense knowledge of not only food ,their values in different cultures but surprisingly the religious rituals followed by people around the world before taking there food.It reminded me once again what we were told as child to pray before eating,to chew from all sides ,to drink water prior ,sit on floor,eat with hands, eat half tummy,eat with interval, dont eat at night just before sleeping and lots of things that were known in the form of religion to us but we will listen to when we are in need of trimming down only.I m sure most of my Muslim brother n sis can relate to what i m talking abt.I just want to tell that rujuta has done great job in opening my eyes atleast that long before any one could point these ,my prophet told me all of this but i din't follow n now due to this great author i turn back to my basic book n guide.thanks dear
