Life changingRujuta manages to combine all the scientific knowledge that we need to know about the food we eat with a very humorous twist. There's also a bit of spirituality thrown in which makes it a unique read for me.

Rujuta changed my life,...Rujuta with this book really worked good,..in fact I will suggest all the people who really want to loos weight or want to be fit ,those should have read 'n follow the suggestions given by Rujuta.I was with 82 kg in 30 yrs,after using all the tips of her I loos my 7 kg in 6 months. Now I'm looking more younger 'n fitter,Thanks Rujuta.

Don't loose your mind, Loose your weightThrough this review I would like to thank Rujuta. This is an amazing book. I, like most people thought loosing weight was about complex diets but the book showed me a new approach to dieting all together. I realized what staying healthy is all about (and that by living a healthy lifestyle weight loss will follow).
