Right..Let me throw of the results straight away..
Less than 2 months--Lost complete 5 Kgs. From 77.5 to 72.5 in 50 days.

Things which i do/do not after reading this book:

--I take 6-7 Meals in a single day
--Wake up with a nice raw fruit.
--Eat every 2 hours thereafter.

Loosing weight seems so easy....

A wonderful book...must read for everyone be it any age or gender..It is written in very easy,understandable language with examples.Very easy to follow the 4 principles & some guidelines given in the book.This book will help me to maintain my fitness.

Also, I am so happy that my spouse is also reading & following it..:)

This book is all about altering your thinking about Dieting, and it works.
This is not a ordinary diet book where they throw on you a diet chart ,asks you to follow and loose weight. That never works,because our culture is so diverse,what people eat daily changes every 100 kms,so a Mumbaikar making a diet chart will not work for guy living in Meerut,U.P. Now i am clear about what to reduce either FAT or WEIGHT!!! An eye opener aboout DIET misconception.

It is already a best seller what other proof you want to buy it, anyway i will share my insight about this book. A good book to know about nutrition in lay man's term. Nicely put with all those short stories, but author could have restricted to English alone rather hindi and english in those stories. whom so ever wanna eat rite food should read this book once in their life time, i am sure it will change the way u presume about eating food and the term DIET.
