Simply designed to make self-monitoring easy, the BP3-4M automatic BP monitor by Dr. Morepen is compact and handy. The external hardware comprises of two main components; the main control unit and the non-integrated cuff. The main unit sports a large LCD display built for clarity and easy-viewing. Along with the LCD display, the unit also houses control buttons that are easy to operate.The non-integrated cuff comes in a standard medium size that comfortably fits into an arm with a circumference ranging from 22 to 32 cm. In order to receive quick and reliable readings, just wrap the cuff around your arm and press the control button to experience a comfortable measurement operation.
Performance and Feature
The digital BP monitor determines your blood pressure measurement by following the principles of Oscillometric method. The in-built digital sensor uses fuzzy logic technology to detect your pulse, thus enabling automatic inflation and deflation that leads to quick response time and reliable results. Incorporated with an efficient memory feature, the blood pressure arm monitor can save 30 sets of readings for two individuals. This facilitates you to record and compare your blood variations over a period of time.This Dr. Morepen BP monitor displays measurements ranging from 30 mmHg to 280 mmHg for pressure readings and 40 to 200 beats/second for pulse rates. The LCD display shows both systolic/diastolic readings and pulse rates simultaneously. The BP monitor is reliable as it is calibrated at +/-3 mmHg for pressure and +/-5% of reading for pulse progress. The automatic BP uses 4 AA batteries to operate soundly.

An excellent BP meter
A very good BP meter of Swiss tech, the USP is that it automatically measures the BP 3 times and averages it.
Much better then the typical japanese models which I have used earlier.
it can also maintain history of 2 patients, although this feature is seldom used by a typical user.

except few time i i had found most of its reading correct
to use it more efficientlly use take 3 single reading at interval of 5 min then one time other
