Not worth the moneyThe "diet plan" section appears some where towards the end of the book with dubious choices like hakka noodles and biscuits.Nuts/cheese which can be a good source of good fat and protein are a strict no-no in the wt loss phase which is surprising.

Not upto the markI have been a huge Rujuta Diwekar fan. Her book, 'Don't lose your mind, lose your weight' helped me lose 22 pounds. When I saw this one, I was like, okay, let's see what she's got for me. However, this book really isn't worth it. Most of what she said was already known to me, thanks to Rujuta. Also, she has this 'weight loss phase' and maintenance phase, which are complicated as compared to Rujuta's 4 rules diet. Also, I don't understand why she forbids cheese and allows things like crackers and biscuits. The latter is a fantastic source of calcium. Although she says her diet plan is not restr… (Expand)

EAT.DELETE : HOW TO GET OFF THE WEIGHT LOSS CYCLE FOR GOODI just finished reading the book and found it simply disappointing.I picked up this book at my local library in hopes that I could learn a bit more about healthy eating, as I am always searching, and found exactly that.In the fiist half of the book, Puja emphasizes on eating right stuff ie nuts, oils, etc, but in her meal plans she strictly tells to avoid nuts, sugar. You say eat this and then say BUT don't eat it. So it feels contradictory. Nothing newWhy I bought it : From Deepika Padukone , Sonam Kapoor to Sushmita Sen, big names of Bollywood have left no stone unturned to promote this book. Also, Pooja Makhija was awarded Best Nutritionist at Vogue Beauty Awards 2012.

Just okay!Good book but if you have read Rujuta's books, you may find this lacking in-depth knowledge about diet and lifestyle change in general. I actually got interested in the book from page 168 where she "actually" starts giving out the details about the diet. Read this book in one sitting. Easy to read but not too insightful.

A very useful readReally loved this book...hv read many weight loss books in the past but this one is simply the best and so easy to relate to...touches the emotional aspect of a person prone to gain weight ...helps one to focus more on the mindset and simple things to help change to a healthy lifestyle...would recommend highly for not only weight loss but for everyone who wants to improve on eating habits..already become a favorite with most of my colleagues at work ! and must add flipkart has amazing service so do utilise that !
