IF you are looking to spend less on your motherboard and more on a graphics card,processor or a PSU , This is the best item for you ..
I bought it almost a Year AGO and TOUCHWOOD its working fine ..

1.Cheap .. by cheap i mean ULTRA CHEAP (+2)
