About Author :
Dr. R.K.Pruthi, Ph.D. Kurukshetra University, also took his basic degree in Education from Kurukshetra. He started his career with Haryana Education service. Dr. Pruthi is an eminent scholar, widely travelled and well read. He participated and presented research articles in conference/ seminars on education both in India and abroad. He has been a teacher and researcher for 40 years. He is an author of a number of books and encyclopaedias. He delivered 1993 annual lecture to B.H.U. and 1994 Sir William Myers lecture to Madras University.
Presently he is a member of Bharitya Vidya Bhawan, United service institute and Supreme Court Bar Association.
