- What is eLearning?

eLearning is a set of courses/tests/educational content which a student can consume via electronic media - on the course provider`s desktop/mobile site, mobile app, CDs, DVDs, etc.
- How do I buy an eLearning course from Flipkart?

The procedure for purchase is exactly the same as an e-book.
You need to login to your account, select the product and make the payment. The instructions to start using the product would be sent via an email along with the voucher code or login id password.
In case you have purchased a physical product like a CD, it will be delivered to your address as per the committed delivery date.
- Can I try the product before buying?

Unfortunately, trying the product is not possible at this point in time. Please reach out to the course provider for further details.
- Where will I see the eLearning Course content after purchasing it from the Flipkart website?

The instructions will be send to your Flipkart registered email id.
With that you will need to sign-up/login to the course providers desktop website/mobile app to be able to see the content of your purchased course.
In case you have purchased a physical product like a CD, it will be delivered to your address.
- Do I need to login to buy an eLearning Course?

Yes, you need to login to Flipkart in order to buy an eLearning Course.
- Can I repeatedly consume eLearning courses?

Yes. However any particular course (except for a physical product like a CD) can be bought only once during one checkout.
This is to ensure that customers do not buy 2 units of the same course by mistake.
- In what format is the eLearning Course downloaded?

eLearning courses cannot be downloaded. It can be consumed only online.
The online voucher code is only an access code to be redeemed at the course provider's site.
- Can I share it with my friends?

No, the eLearning products are for one person at a time use only.
- Are the eLearning Courses copyrighted?

The copyrights of the course provider, as applicable, will hold.
- Can I print, copy, email or move from one device to another?

This depends on the concerned course provider. Flipkart has no say in this matter.
- Can I use the same eLearning Course on multiple devices?

Yes, you should be able to use your login id/password to consume the course on any device.
- Is the 30 Day Replacement Guarantee applicable for eLearning Course?

No, the eLearning courses are non-returnable.
For physical products such as CDs, return clauses will apply as mentioned on the product page.
- Can I cancel an eLearning Course order?

If the credentials have not been used, it might be possible to return the product. Please get in touch with Flipkart Customer Care for further details.
