Enter E-GPV Gamepad

Ordered this gamepad on midnight of 1st Dec and got it delivered on the morning of 3rd Dec.Packaging from flipkart was fantastic as always with bubble wrap and inflated packets.Me and my aunt have used flipkart cash on delivery service for atleast 9 times as far as I remember and the packaging and products have always been amazing.
Coming to this product it is just amazing.
Pros:
-Good build quality.Not as good as Playstation 2 controllers but then too gr8.
-Responsive and strong buttons for rough use.
-Analog on/off button.
-Good quality analog sticks.
-Has all buttons that Playstation 2 controller has and becomes easy to get used to if u hav used Playstation 2 controller.
-Acceptable wire length_Long enough for me as I use front usb port.To be precise its a bit longer than 4.5 feet(Measured by me).
-Comes with a driver CD for XP users.
-Compatible with Xpadder which helps u to cofigure your gamepad with all games, even with the games that do not support gamepads.All u have to do is Install Xpadder which can be downloaded and set the keys which u use on your keyboard to control the game in it(Do watch tutorials on Youtube to know how to use and cofigure Xpadder).
I did not go around checkin its compatibility with other games as Xpadder makes sure that it can be used to run all the game.
Xpadder software tricks the PC to think that a key on the keyboard is pressed when you press that same key configured on the gamepad thur Xpadder.Like if u have set the alt key as boost/kick/jump in your game keyboard configuration and u set the button no 1 on the enter gamepad to stimulate alt key thru xpadder, then when u press the key no 1 on your gamepad the the Game thinks that u hav pressed that key on your keyboard and reacts accordingly i.e. boost/kick/jump.
Cons:
Don't know how to get the gamepad working without xpadder.
Have on tested it on only 1 game (Burnout Paradise which did not detect the gamepad directly but the gamepad works amazingly in Burnout Paradise thru Xpadder and will work in the same way on any other game but again thru xpadder.

Bottomliine:
Buy this product as it is the best in this range.
Note:
Don't know if vibrations work as I have tested it on only 1 game and that too thru Xpadder.
Vibrations should work fine in any game that detects the gamepad on its.
If da game detects the gamepad then u will not have to use Xpadder.
I'll write another review to let u know about the vibrations.

First of all, the service flipkart offers is awesome. Ordered it on 29th last month (saturday).
Tracked the shipment every now and then, it was dispatched on the same day of the order. And received it completely packed(bubble wrap and all) on Monday afternoon.

Coming to the product, mainly bought it for playing FIFA 12 and the likes and a few racing games, works well without any need of installing other cumbersome drivers from vigorous searching on google. All in all, a complete WIN at the price.

Awesome gamepad.
Ordered it on 4th Dec, got it on the 6th.
Perfect packaging with all airbags and stuff.

Works perfectly with Windows 7 64-bit.

The plug and play utility should automatically carry out the installation.

The vibration does not work out of the box, just pop in the CD provided with the package, install it to get the vibrations.

Vibration may not work in some games which do not support vibration by default.

Otherwise Flawless, for such a low price!

Very basic gamepad.. this thing at this price tag is good for people who want to taste how it feels to play games with the gamepad. I would not recommend this product to hardcore gamers. But its too good for casual gamers. Build quality is not too good so you should better not put too much pressure on the analog sticks. The vibration never worked for me except in NFS: MW. Wire length is acceptable.
Tested it on AC:Revelations, GTA 4, NFS MW, NFS HP, NFS Run.

One thing that might help you.. if the gamepad is not recognized by the game, download a zipped folder named XBox360cemu. Its an emaluator for gamepads. Extract the contents of the zip folder into the game installation folder. Now the game will recognize this gamepad as the xBox controller and you can set the key bindings accordingly.

Overall. there is no harm in buying this for only Rs 250.. What else do you get at this price these days :))
Flipkart got it delivered in time and packing was good.

Really decent product , and a good addon for casual gamers.

If you are like me , who owns a decent computer , and looking for games as just for casual entertainment , like playing a few racing or fps games , then this is a product for you.

The experience of playing games on a joystick , than a keyboard is both traditional and aesthetic.
Trust me for a small price of 250 the experience of gaming will go up exponentially.

The first game i played with this was my good old favourite
NFS-MW , i just unpacked the gamepad, connected it , win 7 installed the drivers automatically [Internet was on] , then i started the game , changed the controller from keyboard to gamepad , and played normally.
Worked brilliantly , and the added rumble pak [vibration] is a great bonus.

Overall nice product , and a must have for any young PC user !!
