Build
The Equinox EQ OP-11 is a fingertip Pulse Oximeter that provides accurate and reliable information regarding the vital statistics of the patient. This Oximeter from Equinox can be securely stored in a carry-in case or it can be strapped to your wrist for maximum convenience. Including batteries the Equinox EQ OP-11 Pulse Oximeter weighs only 50 grams which is light enough not to cause any strain on the patient while in use.
The vital information collected by the Equinox EQ OP-11 Pulse Oximeter is displayed on its OLED two colour screen that has a graphic display indicator. The display also comes with a 4 directional automatic rotation system which allows you to read the information from any side. The information displayed on the screen includes the perfusion index, saturation of oxygen in blood and the pulse rate.
Performance
The Equinox EQ OP-11 Pulse Oximeter uses two 1.5 V AAA alkaline batteries as its power source. Due to its low power consumption the Equinox EQ OP-11 can perform up to 50 hours of continuous work on fresh batteries. This device can automatically shut itself down if it has been inactive or if no signal is produced for 8 seconds. The Equinox EQ OP-11 Pulse Oximeter is calibrated at +/- 2 per cent for oxygen saturation and 30 to 240 beats per minute (bpm) for the pulse rate.
Thus having the Equinox EQ OP-11 Pulse Oximeter ensures that you can constantly monitor yourself or the patient so that you can provide accurate information to the medical practitioner. This helps the doctors to make an informed decision to get you and your family members back on their feet.
