Extremely poor - disappointing purchase
This product was extremely disappointing. The belt is actually of decent quality. But the heat/cold gel is extremely bad. It does not retain the temperature. I primarily used it as a cold pack and found that the cold just couldnt penetrate the holding net of the belt. It also lost its temperature within 10-15 min. I ended up using only the gel directly on my skin. If I wanted to do that, I might as well have wrapped some ice in a cloth and placed it on my skin.
