Worst customer service by EF
Do not buy this. No complaints against Flipkart, but Eureka Forbes took forever to come instal it. Within a days time, the water that comes out is terrible, has a storing bad taste and just cannot be consumed. It has been a month since I have been chasing Eureka Forbes to come fix. Every second day, someone new calls me, takes my address and complaint all over again, assures me someone will turn up and no one has to date. Terrible terrible service.

Fast Delivery but POOR installation response
flipkart is good at delivery in product in best possible conditions.I got the product delivered in 2-3 days. But the INSTALLATION and DEMO expert didn't turned up till week.Even I tried customer support for couple of times but no positive response. I suggest please think twice on buying product which need post-buying installation support.

Value for Money
I couldn't order this from Flipkart as my pincode was not serviceable.
This water purifier is a UV-based water purifier, and it has the same parts and 3-stage filtration process, as the other UV-based water purifiers from Eureka Forbes. However, this model is cheaper than other models by at-least 2-3 thousand, since only the front-part is covered and the back is open. However, all the other parts are exactly the same (except for the cartridge size). Hence, I would strongly recommend this water purifier to everyone.
On to the installation, it was effortless and easy. I called up on Eureka Forbes helpline on the same day I received this product, and the installation guy came the next day to install it. He finished the installation in 5 minutes, took some signatures and left. However, he did charge me Rs. 200 for a plastic cover and a pipe for dispensing water. He had those in bulk, indicating that he might be selling those to everyone (Good way to make money out of an installation process that is actually free!!).
The World's most Pathetic After Sales Service Oriented Company
I bought a water purifier an year ago from a local dealer. It worked fine. Since last Friday, it stopped working. I have called the customer service number 080-3983333 seven times so far in the last 5 days. No one has turned up till date. I have raised Service request online and I have the ticket number too. The escalation hierarchy too is eye wash in their website. The grievance cell doesn't work. Their online chat is not reachable everytime. You need to wait for 10 minutes to get the call connected to their customer support.
All I want to say is the product will work fine for an year without any issues, but once it stops working, You'll have to run from pillar to post to reach their service engineer. They totally suck to the core. I regret buying this pathetic product from this disgusting company on this earth.

I did not buy this product from flipkart. But I am regular customer of flipkart.
The Eureka Forbs customer service is very bad.
I took AMC for 3 years. The service guy just visited only in the bigining , thats it. He never visited till today. For past 2 years i am not using the system.
I gave a service complaint on their website. Every alternate day some new person will call me and will promice me saying somebody will visite EOD. But no one will visit.
Paying Rs 3000+ for 3 years and no one attending for service. waste of money buying eureka forbs product.
Note: Flipkart, please remove Eureka Forbs products. otherwise you will loose all the credit you build so far with lot of effort.
