Functions

Good Compact Product
Advantage - Most compact RO product in the market. Had a constraint on the size as it was to be fitted in currently available furniture. Storage capacity is 4L which is less because of size. Another advantage is cost, almost 60% of other RO systems.
Disadvantage - Maintenance is costly, set of filters cost Rs 3000 per year. Machine also makes quite a bit of noise when it is filtering water.
Installation - The product was delivered in 5 days after order. The company person (Eureka Forbes) called next day, came and installed the product. The product can be only wall mounted, table top mounting not possible.

Rs. 3500 for an annual service!
I've been using this for a year now.
The unit is quite compact, but it is really surprising that in this day and age they don't have a power LED which shows the thing is powered ON. Nor is there any indication that shows it is about time to change the filters. You just gotta remember that its been a year or wait for it to fail.
The first installation, the guy messed up and installed it incorrectly. It was correctly installed after a month of usage when we asked for someone from EF to have a look because the unit was malfunctioning.
Now after a year of using, I called up the customer care again, well, some of these guys there are quite untrained and some are outright rude. How difficult would it be to get my info from the phone number. The first guy couldn't get my info from the registered number. The second got disconnected halfway, the 3rd one finally got my details right. I inquired about how much it's gonna cost me to change the filters. They said the servicing is 400 something and the guy who visits will tell me the cost of filters.
The service guy arrived promptly on the same day, and said replacing the filters would cost me more than 3 grands! When i bought this from reliance mart, I was told the filter replacement costs around 800-1000. Now what do I do.
Searching online would reveal that they don't mention this fine print anywhere, hell not even on phone. Rs. 3500 anually, my car costs less in maintainance. This is unacceptable.

Nano - RO Review
Bought this product a few days back. This product is best suitable for ground water / hard water. Now it is also coming with a wall mounting stand (free as written over box packing). This will take care of weight. Hope this product turns out to be all true as stated.

worst product
I bought an acqugard product 1 year back, before its warranty its spares had gone. But they refused to replace it. Its spares are low class and I dont have any reason to trust any of Eureka Forbes & the sales representative always misslead us.
