This is a very poor product
I bought this product from eureka forbes about 2 years ago. It neither has a remote control or the auto charging station nor a virtual wall. This is their way of de-selling the Robotic technology in vacuum cleaners. I asked and asked but they never even replied. They did not even have any accessories or spare brush.
Manual Robo Cleaner
The one worst type of product marketed by some cheap door-to-door direct selling executives. Very limited features. Once your cheque is passed they simply forgets you. Nothing extra is supplied with the machine & its very difficult to procure spares & attachments once its not working properly or damaged. Keep calling & they won't visit you again for after sale services. Buy to cry.
The worst product ever
After using a similar product in the US I decided to give the Eureka product a try in India. The product does not have the smarts nor the service from Eureka Forbes. The brush stopped rotating in a few days and I have been trying for the last 6 months to get someone to come and take a look at it but no one does. The service guy whom they sent was totally clueless and did not even want to try looking at what was wrong.
Never buy this product because its not good and Eureka will not service it for you.
Thoroughly disappointed and am never buying a Eureka product again.
