Noisy but OK. Inside the packet user guide and usage CD is helpful. Dust bag is washable. So take care of the Nano n it'll serve you good :-).

It is handy and easy to work with. Till now, there are no problems. We are quite happy to have this for our two bedroom flat. It cleans the floor,takes out small hair and does not damage any furniture while moving.It is still less than a month since we purchased it.
