I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

The body of the Eureka Forbes Trendy Xeon Vacuum Cleaner is built using ABS plastic which makes it very sturdy and resistant to heat. This Eureka Forbes Vacuum Cleaner has an on board storage space for accessories. This helps to keep the accessories nearby in one place and avoid losing them around the house. The on/off switch is conveniently located and can be activated by either the hand or foot, thus allowing you to work without having to bend down and strain yourself.This egg-shaped vacuum cleaner has its suction opening located at the front on top. The Trendy Xeon Vacuum Cleaner has dimensions of 490 x 330 x 380 mm and weighs 6.1 kg. The power cord is wound up in the back side of the Trendy Xeon Vacuum Cleaner and can be pulled out to the required length thus avoiding any tangles or hassles.

The Eureka Forbes Trendy Xeon Vacuum Cleaner uses a 5 stage filtration system that ensures that the air being expelled is pure and clean. The dust-laden air first passes through the fine dust filter followed by a single layered electron filter. The filtered air is then further cleaned by passing it through another 3 layered electron filtration system. This exhaustive cleaning process ensures that tiny dust particles as well as dust mites stay inside the vacuum cleaner's dust cup.The Eureka Forbes Xeon Vacuum Cleaner also has a blower feature that has an efficiency of 35 litres per second. The blower can be used to blow dust and leaves from window ledges and porticos. The suction pressure can be adjusted at will by using the Rotary Vario Power Control button and if further adjustment is required it can be done using the additional control at the bent end of the extension tube.
Convenience Features
The Eureka Forbes Trendy Xeon Vacuum Cleaner uses a pivot based flexible hose that allows it to turn in any direction and adjust itself depending on where you are standing. This makes sure that the hose does not get tangled or bent, which would in turn strain the motor. After use, the power cord can be retracted by pushing the cord winder button.The wheels make sure that the Trendy Vacuum Cleaner can be moved around without much difficulty while cleaning. The precision cleaner tool can be used to blow dust from electric gadgets and can also be used to blow up balloons. When the blower is combined with the car wash adapter, pressurized jets of water can be created to power wash your car. The non-return valve ensures that no water enters the appliance.

I bought a similiar vaccum cleaner a couple of years back. The service backup of this company is the lousiest. The bag tore a little and I asked for a new bag (not free) but still havent got it after 3 years. I even got a car washer from them, whose defect they were just unable to rectify. I think Eureka Forbes should just stick to Water filters at which no doubt they are the best, rest of the stuff my advice stay away

External body is not that much tough comparing prior models of Eureka Forbes.
Blower & Suction both are super powerful with its 1300W power.
Bundled with lots of attachment that suites our regular use,
Best part it sucks a lot of dust from Sofa/Bed and attachment for gardening or spray color is exceptional :)
I've purchased this product from Croma store @ 6995/- + 399/- (2 years extended warranty) before a week.
