What has Rushdie to do with the Shemales. What is the Author trying to say in that Chapter and the one before that. Does he believe that Salman had an affair with Anisha and that he prefers to be in their company. It's very interesting to know this. The fact that Salman is seen in the company of taller and stronger looking women and so were both his ex-wifes. He has apparently written about the Shemales in Bombay. We would like to have a confirmation on this.

This might not be one of the best books in the category but it surely talks about love and passion in a manner I haven't read before.
Faceless is a story about the things that keep happening all around us. I enjoyed the author's detailing and the background characterization done though sometimes this made it draggy (somewhere in the middle). Overall, the book is a breezy read. It might not win literary awards but will surely win people's respect.

I really enjoyed this novel. It is a quick read especially since I completed loved the characters ! I definitely recommend picking up this one, it will be hard to put it down.
The storyline is good and has content that most of the people would relate to however the writing is more like a movie script than a novel. A lot of the conversations were in dialogue form, which i personally, really liked !
Shom's character is dealt with deeply. The book makes for an entertaining read and I recommend...

I read your book Tapan, it has a lot of substance. I in fact had to read some chapters twice. On the surface It's a fast read but also very involving at places. I have a question to ask that I hope you reply.
Is this the only way out, do you really mean it. I don't think so....

The book is an average read...it gets interesting in parts....but is too disjointed to make much scenes.....and the sex scenes are described vividly....a prime example of "Sex sells !"
Another author in the plethora of new-age Indian authors; the writings are far from literature.....but more like book versions of Bollywood movies !!

okay now im in 149 page and i guess i have waited very patiently for this book to generate some interest. negative rating would be best but sad part being flipkart doesnt have one.. oh yeah a writing 200 words review would be even more painful..

Faceless is a look into the lifes of two people who are soulmates! The story is a heartbreaking but unique tale that will stick with you. Gripping story of a segment of society you may not be familiar with...
Faceless makes you care about the characters even when you don't necessarily like them...you may actually choose to disagree with Shom's choices...
It is a Quick and engaging read.
