A Family's Stronghold

A Family's Stronghold contains poetry and short stories dealing with family challenges, especially the disease of Alzheimer's, and the joys of experiencing a family's love and support. With her knitted cap atop her head, she slowly shuffles out the door. It's so sad to see her declining physically and emotionally and there is absolutely nothing to stop it " "Seeing my dad shake with each breath he took due to Pulmonary disease, watching as his life's essence slowly drained from his body, I made a vow to myself that any writing I compiled would be dedicated to him." With a shaking hand and a body racked with pain, he persevered to show his family the beauty that can be brought forth in words.
