Far Cry 2

the level of realism is extremely high compared to the COD series (where one guy kills hundreds of guys and then kills a hundfred more guys)

Realistic features:
-weapon degradation(gun gets jammed)
-huge African terrain with animals(now thats something new)
-G.P.S navigation
-huge range of weapons
-free roam

This game sucks. Drive drive and drive seriously you'll drive in the entire game and your character cant sprint for more than 10 metres. Dont buy this game or you'll be disappointed. I willnot recommend this game to anyone.

First thing first, this game provides the gamers with a vast playabe area,with mouth watering graphics,awesome gameplay mechanics(healing system,gun repairing,some rpg elements like buddy mission)it is an awesome pc game by ubisoft..the game supports dx 10 and ambience lighting on supported systems..the only negative aspect of it is that the story is broken at its best..but overall a brilliant game if you are a kind of gamer with patience and determination, to admire a good game,take it as a hot dish and enjoy it slowly....

do not buy this game for story mode if you love multiplayer game play this game is for you, awesome gameplay in multiplayer mode join deathmatch and TDM you will get new maps everyday.

and i also waiting for FAR CRY 3 :)

Far Cry 2... A pretty interesting game with an interesting plot. It's got great environment, simulation and an amazing soundtrack. The game keeps you involved at most of the points. The characters are well made and the game play is also addictive.

But, there are also a few drawbacks in this game. Once you start playing it, at the start you may feel really enthusiastic but after a while you start getting a little bored. The reason for this is the long travelling's in the game. You have a wide variety of vehicles to showcase your driving skills. Another problem while travelling is, you constantly need to remove you map to see where you are going which covers most of your screen so, you need to stop and look into the map and can't look into it while you are driving.
Another drawback that i felt was the aiming system. When you aim at a person and start shooting it mostly doesn't hit them. Even the shooting range is pretty short. And when you shoot at something like a pipe or a tree bark then you don't feel it realistic ie,.. there is not much simulation in combat.

Well if you like travelling and exploring, then this is the right game you want to put your money on. But, if you are a little impatient and are looking for a lot of fire in the hole and stuff, then you may fine this a little lonely to play.

Anyway I had a fun time playing this and looking forward to get my hands on the new Far Cry 3. As soon as i do I'll let you know how epic or not Far Cry 3 was.
