Few Things Left Unsaid (English) (Paperback) Price: Rs.90

Few Things Left Unsaid is a story of love, romance, and heartbreak. It shows how college friends Aditya and Riya fall in love with each other, only to have their hearts broken because of Aditya’s childish and rude behaviour.

Summary Of The Book

Few Things Left Unsaid, published in 2011, revolves around the protagonist Aditya, and the love of his life, Riya. Aditya is a young guy who doesn't know what he wants to do in life. The only thing that he is certain of is that he absolutely hates engineering. Aditya feels out of place till he meets his college mate Riya. He falls in love with her, and the two of them become a couple. Their relationship progresses pretty fast, and both of them make seven promises to each other, much like the ones that are made by a groom and bride during a wedding.

Aditya and Riya are happy together, and start believing in eternal love. Unfortunately, the protagonist starts to mistrust his girlfriend, which eventually leads to a breakup. Unfortunately, the lack of trust between the two overpowers their love, and Riya leaves Aditya. Every aspect of Aditya’s life starts to spiral downwards after this incident. Few Things Left Unsaid shows how this young man’s reckless behaviour and immaturity leads to big complications in his life, as well as that of Riya’s.

Few Things Left Unsaid is a story about finding and losing the person you love. The plot comes from the author’s own life and his experiences while in college. This book has been written in a simple language, and is bound to pull at the heartstrings of the readers. 8000 copies of this book were sold within two months of publication. By 2013, that number had escalated to more than one million copies.

Mediocre -- Didnt even bother to finish it

This is just one more from the long line of sappy love stories written by yet another wannabe "author". Unlike the ones from durjoy dutta, this one doesnt pull you into the story. The characters & the plot lack depth. It maybe straight from the author's heart, but that does not excuse the bad grammar & spelling mistakes, felt like I was reading a high school essay. Couldn't run a spell check also huh. Overall a below average title , keep away from it.

Terrible

I wonder how this book could ever be published!! Even a child in grade 3 can write better english than this. Terrible. Terrible.

I left the book halfway and threw it in the dustbin.

Thoroughly disappointing. No story babe, terrible language skills,I would rate it zero stars if I could.

Please DONOT purchase. It will act like a parasite on your brain and I'm sure you have no intentions of torturing yourself with wasting your own money. Nonsense.

Total waste of time

After reading this book, I am very very surprised. How did the author find a publisher for his story? Was the publisher in his right mind to publish this rubbish??

The writing was naive, absolutely third class, and most of all, does not deserve to be published. I did not find anything special in this novel, forget about being moved while reading it. The protagonist of the story is so shallow, I hope this story is not autobiographical/ semi-autobiographical.

Do not go by the 'National Bestseller' tag on the cover. It is to fool innocent readers into buying this book. A very ordinary story...

Do not go by the 'National Bestseller' tag on the cover. It is to fool innocent readers into buying this book. A very ordinary story that happens in almost everyone's lives, and no take aways what so ever from the book.

I think publishers in India think it is the in-thing to publish Indian writing. But somewhere they need to take a call whether the writing has any class.

Dear readers, there are better books in the market. Please dont waste your money buying this book or waste your time reading it.

Worst book I ever read

Bad english, horrible storyline, inapt characterization - this author can't make sentences with more than 3 words!! All the characters seem sick and purposeless in life.

A complete waste of time and very avoidable.

Not worth reading!!..

Not a great book. It was hard to finish this book. It is dragging by the time it reach its end. Though love stories are fun reading this book did not have that essence. A typical college boy and his long lasting love story with no practicality. (View complete review)
