I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

Developed by EA Canada and published by Electronic Arts, FIFA 13 is built with a new player impact engine that allows you to pull and push your player to gain position or use the player’s strength to gain possession of the ball. The single-player campaign in the game features a Career Mode. Here you can play or manage any national team, play qualifiers or major international tournaments and do many other things.
You can even coach teams by playing as a manager. Competing as a player, you can play at club level and dazzle the selectors. Play well and you can even get selected into the national team. Plenty of adrenaline-pumping songs have been added to the game. The soundtrack includes world renowned artists such as Deadmau5, Imagine Dragons, Kasabian, Two Door Cinema Club and many others.
The new features in the game include Skill Games that are divided into 8 categories. These include shooting, dribbling, free kicks and many others. There are different challenges which you can compete in and win bronze, silver or gold medals. You can make use of a variety of different passes to improve the efficiency of your player. These include the Narrow Pass, Ground Pass, Lob Pass and several others.
Free kick mechanism has been tweaked, allowing you to think of new strategies to avoid unnecessary goals. Playing on the defensive side, you can now add or subtract players from the wall or send a player forward to intercept and pass the ball to other players. Dribbling has been improved as you can now control the ball more easily, helping you to score more goals.
Online Features
You can compete with your friends or players across the world as FIFA 13 supports multiplayer. Logging into the EA Sports Football Club application you can improve on your football skills by creating your own club. Examining the way you play, the application will calculate the available statistics and place you on a certain level. Winning more games will improve your level, allowing you to become the number 1 club in the game. Several DLCs are available for the game such as FIFA Ultimate Team Gold Packs, EA Sports Football Club Credits and Adidas All-Star Team. Fifa 13 pre order for xbox (Please read)
Hey guys,
This is about the DLC codes that were sent by mail for ultimate team etc.
There are 2 20 digit codes and 1 35 digit code wheras xbox live only accepts 25 digit codes. I have found the solution to this problem(Should work on psn also). It is an error in the input of codes by flipkart
The codes will be in this format when you recieve them:
11111-22222-33333-44444
55555-66666-77777-88888
99999-00000-12121-23232-34343-45454-56565(all the above are just example codes)
We must make it so that there are 3 25 digit codes.
Take the first 5 digits of the second code and move it to the end of the first and take the first ten digits of the last code and move it to the second.it should look like this:

12121-23232-34343-45454-56565
Have fun with fifa. Donno about flipkart delivery as i have not recieved the game yet. The codes worked for me after i changed them and should work for psn too

DLC codes can be registered without downloading fifa 13
As we all get an email that DLC codes will have to be registered before 1st Oct. Now I have not received the game.
But I registered them in origin.
Open origin > on top left click origin > Redeem product code
Now enter DLC codes 3 times. It will say "you have successfully redeemed product code on this account"
Now as you know you can trade in web app who have played Fifa 12 ultimate team, I got a free pack for this week in Store just after I redeemed DLCs. So it does worked.
If you are new & dont have Origin, download it and redeem DLC codes.
P.S. Better service was expected regarding delivery from Flipkart. Take special care for pre-order games will you?

Every football man's must buy
You know how there are certain games that you pick and the realism is just undefinable? You play it once, you get hooked. God forbid if you are already a football fan. What EA has done in it's 13th edition of it's best selling game is to introduce realistic elements to make the game that much closer to Football.
The new concepts introduced are
1. Intelligent AI defending (opposition defence now closes on you smartly).
2. First touch control (the ball realistically bounces off players, so you are expected to control the ball better on bounces).
3. Better player ratings with weekly updates. Previously you had some really retarded ratings. I'm a little sad that Messi is still the best player in FIFA but the ratings of all the players are close to original especially with the weekly ratings updates.
4. Completely renovated UI for the main game screens as well as the online play mode. Everything looks so much prettier.
5. Practice tutorials. Probably the best things ever, you have three leagues of tutorials to sharpen your play and be challenged through a various number of drills that really tighten up your play.
This is a game you must pick to play if you are into the greatest game in the world. It is the closest you will come to real football control and man is it addictive.

In a nutshell, don't waste your money on this garbage. Enumerated points are to support my suggestion are ->
1. EA servers are grossly underpowered and overburdened. Latency to their servers are nearly always high causing immense button lag.
2. Due to point 1, you press the shoot key and the actual shooting takes place after several milliseconds. If you know football, you know that's all you need to lose the game.
3. FIFA ultimate team is just another method to take more money out of your pocket. If you don't, you'll never be able to make a team strong enough to even have a decent match.
4. Fifa's revolutionary (YEAHHH) system can't decide if the ports it needs forwarded are open or not. According to it, in the morning they are open and accepting connections and then in the evening they aren't. This, according to the laws of physics and logic, makes no sense. DMZ doesn't help either (Now here, you see, it becomes a joke.)
5. Disconnection from EA servers when obviously your connection is not at fault. But then, you are credited with a loss because it's your fault really (EA's words).
