From The Files Of Detective Peter Coelho-los Angeles Police Department: Book One

Peter Coelho was born in California. His parents were from Brazil. Peter graduated from high school in 1998 and enrolled in the law enforcement program at the University of San Diego. After graduating from the university, Peter joined the San Diego Police Department as a patrol officer, mostly responding to calls. Peter then was transferred to Oceanside for two years; he was in Fresno for two years as well. He then worked on murder cases in southern and northern California. One of them had him travel to Colorado. Peter found that this made him a better police officer. Peter then joined the Los Angeles Police Department, and he decided to stay with the LAPD while he worked on other murder cases. During his time with the LAPD, Peter solved over fifteen cases within ten years. Peter is the most requested detective in the LAPD, and has worked with other police departments in California.
