I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

A must buy for final fantasy series fans !!!!
An absolutely great sequel to a brilliant game the new battle system , the graphics it just gets better .....The only negative aspect of the prequel (i.e it was too linear) has been fixed by adding a historia crux system which allows the player to take multiple paths to the end and see changes based on his/her decision.
just to add, i pre-ordered this game and to my amazement i got it the day right after its release !!!!
