About The Authors
The author of this book, Eugene F. Brigham, is also the founding director of the Public Utility Research Center.

Brigham holds a bachelor’s of sciences degree from the University of North Carolina, along with an MBA, and doctoral degree from UC Berkeley. Through the course of his career, Brigham has worked as a consultant for several companies and governmental organizations. Presently, he revises textbooks, and teaches finance.
The author of this book, Michael C. Ehrhardt, is also a renowned professor of Finance.
Apart from this book, Ehrhardt has also published Corporate Finance: A Focused Approach and The Search For Value: Measuring The Company’s Cost Of Capital.
Ehrhardt holds a master’s degree in operations research, and doctoral degree in Finance from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
