  • Can I cancel my Flipkart First subscription mid-way?
    Yes. You may choose to cancel your subscription any point during the one-year term. Please note that the subscription fee will be refunded on a pro-rata basis to the payment source that was originally used to buy the subscription.     Certain Flipkart First benefits such as free In-a-Day Guarantee Delivery and discounted Same Day Guarantee Delivery are only available in select pincodes and select products across India. We suggest you check with your location's pincode at www.flipkart.com/faster-delivery.Also, these benefits along with Free Standard Delivery are applicable on select products only, which are covered under Flipkart Advantage.
  • Can I utilize Flipkart First benefits for purchases across all sellers?
    Currently, benefits such as Free Standard Delivery,Free In-a-Day Guarantee Delivery, Discounted Same Day Delivery, Exclusive offers and FLIPKART FIRST DAY are applicable only on select products covered under Flipkart Advantage.
  • How can I pay for a Flipkart First subscription?
    You may use Net Banking, Credit Card, Debit Card and Payzippy to purchase Flipkart First subscription. However, Cash on Delivery, e-Gift Voucher and Wallet cannot be used to purchase Flipkart First subscription.

  • What is the replacement process for Flipkart First order?

    • 3. Replacement/Refund Initiated

      • - In most cases, the replacement item is delivered to you at the time of pick-up. In all other cases, the replacement/refund is initiated after the originally delivered item is picked up.

  • Subscription Service
    • Flipkarts 'Flipkart First' is an annual paid subscription service for registered Flipkart users ('Service').
    • Subscription comes at an annual fee of Rs. 500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) inclusive of service tax and is valid for a period of (1) one year from the date of purchase of the Service.
    • Customer can use Net Banking, Credit Card, Debit Card & Payzippy payment options available on the website to purchase the Service. However, Cash on Delivery, e-Gift Voucher and Wallet cannot be used to purchase this Service.
  • Subscription Benefits
    • Subscribers to the Service get access to free In-a-Day Guarantee Delivery, free Standard delivery, Same Day Guarantee Delivery at a discounted price of Rs. 70/- (Rupees Seventy only) and Priority Customer Service.
    • Free In-a-Day Guarantee Delivery, free Standard delivery, Same Day Guarantee Delivery at a discounted price of Rs.70 are available on purchases from select Certified Sellers.
    • Free In-a-Day Guarantee Delivery and Same Day Guarantee Delivery Benefits are available at select pin-codes and products only. You may check the serviceability for your location at www.flipkart.com/faster-delivery.
    • Free In-a-Day Guarantee Delivery and discounted Same Day Guarantee Delivery benefits are governed by the terms and conditions as given here www.flipkart.com/faster-delivery.
    • As a Flipkart First subscriber, you are eligible for priority customer service. To avail this priority service, please call us from the number registered with Flipkart for the Service.
    • For all products bought by Flipkart First subscribers, Flipkarts standard Returns, Replacements & Exchange Policy applies. Read more at www.flipkart.com/s/help/cancellation-returns.
  • Subscription Cancellation
    • The yearly subscription can be cancelled anytime during the term. Refunds are pro-rated depending on the period of subscription already completed
    • The rolling month in which the subscription has been cancelled would be treated as subscribed & refund would be made for the remaining subscription period starting from next subsequent rolling month. For e.g. if you have subscribed on 10th June 2014, but cancel your subscription on 20th June 2014, you will be charged for the month of 10th June 2014 to 9th July 2014 & the refund would be made for the period between10th July 2014 to 9th June 2015.
    • The prorated monies will be refunded to the payment mode/account that was originally used to buy the Service or other available option
    • You may cancel your subscription anytime by contacting our customer care on the number given on the Manage Your Subscription page.
  • Subscription Termination
    • Flipkart First subscribers are not permitted to purchase products for the purpose of resale. In case of any misuse of your subscription, including but not limited to such resale of products, Flipkart shall be entitled to terminate your subscription at any time without prior notice and with no obligation to refund money.
  • Other Terms
    • Flipkart reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the subscription service anytime without prior intimation. You are required to visit the website from time to time and be informed of any changes in these terms and conditions.
    • Flipkart reserves the right to accept or refuse membership at its discretion.
    • Flipkart First membership is non-transferrable to any third person whatsoever.
    • All transactions done by Flipkart First subscribers are governed by standard terms & conditions available at www.flipkart.com/s/terms.
