A:Chairs are wide & comfortable to sit. However Being healthy is subjective. Very healthy persons may find difficult to sit otherwise medium to slight healthy persons can sit comfortably.

A:First, the material is metal not wood. I weigh between 90 and 100 KG and I am sitting on it without any issue, even tried standing on it. it did not give any issues. its compact and strong enough.
