How do I place a Cash on Delivery (C-o-D) order?
All items that have the "Cash on Delivery Available" icon are valid for order by Cash on Delivery.
Add the item(s) to your cart and proceed to checkout. When prompted to choose a payment option, select "Pay By Cash on Delivery". Enter the CAPTCHA text as shown, for validation.
Once verified and confirmed, your order will be processed for shipment in the time specified, from the date of confirmation. You will be required to make a cash-only payment to our courier partner at the time of delivery of your order to complete the payment.

I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?
Please contact us with your replacement request within 10 days from the date of delivery of the product. The seller will be notified of the return request.

Ensure you use correct 3-D glasses and the correct coloured side on the correct eye
The DVD has a wonderful chapter on how to get the best 3-D results, including the best colour and tint levels on your TV as well as how to put on the 3-D glasses correctly. However, while the chapter (tutorial) asks you to put the glasses on in such a way that the Red-coloured side is on your Left eye, and the Cyan-coloured side is on your Right eye, the free 3-D glasses supplied with the DVD are actually Red and Green coloured (instead of Red and Cyan) and also, the way the supplied glasses are presented, the Red-coloured side comes on your Right eye and the Green-coloured side comes on your Left eye, when you wear them!
Best to try some other glasses or take advice from the DVD manufacturer, else you may end up with 3-D effects reversed!
