Fogg In High School

High schooler Fogg is a bit of a klutz. He gets up too late to put his contacts in and hes too vain to wear glasses. He wanders the halls between classes not exactly sure where hes going in a sea of faces he does not recognize. He and his small group of buddies dont exactly fit how youre supposed to look and what youre supposed to do. Fogg has also got problems at home. His mother is lonely and depressed and his father drinks too much. He works different jobs when hes off from school. He is proud to be different at times, yet it hurts and he yearns to fit in. Fogg hungers for love, but the young ladies he meets confuse and scare him. They seem designed to get him in trouble. Young men, he knows, are supposed to act calm and collected, but he feels too ugly to play the courting game. Somehow he must stumble through the minefields of high school and graduate, ready for what comes next. Can Fogg do it walking around in his fog? Perhaps the fog is his protection?
