Football Manager 2012 (Games, PC) Price: Rs.999

Rated 3 by PEGI, developed by Sports Interactive and published by Sega, Football Manager 2012 is a football management simulation video game for the PC.

The transfer and contract systems have been changed drastically; the changes include more effective application of youth and amateur contracts, loyalty bonuses, the power to lock areas of contract negotiations and an enhanced transfer centre - all these facets help you in maintaining your budgets.

Many scouting improvements have been incorporated in this game as well. All the data that you need before a game begins is given to you in the in-game report. The in-game report presents tactics information, squad analysis, information about conceded and scored goals and much more to the user. Other additions include a brand new crowd system, many more stadiums, fresh animations, enhanced weather system and two new camera angles.

In your saved game, you can add or remove playable nations whenever you please. Also, you don’t need to play as the country that you picked to represent at the beginning of your game; you can change your nation after a season has been completed with it. The new tone system allows you to talk to your team in a more specific manner; there are 6 different tones that the user can choose to utilize when delivering comments.

The newly introduced adaptive layout system displays more information if your screen resolution is high. Furthermore, this intelligent interface features a new tactics screen, customisable columns, filters and many overview screens. Lastly, a new tutorial mode allows novices to pick up the game quick while also offering clues to veteran managers on how to achieve the best they can more effectively.

Football Manager 2012

Got this game from here. Arrived neatly packed , this game is awesome and some great new additions from the Old FM11 to this especially in terms of the team talks . Works great , you dont need a state of the art PC to run it .We can add news leagues in the middle of the game .The game automatically updates via Steam . Addicted to it now .

Cons : The compulsory installing of Steam to run the game is the only thing that can be against it .

Super Game

Love this game. But had to wait for long to lay my hands on it. The game released almost one month after it's worldwide release. Had to download some files after installing. Took lot of time.

It's graphics are a great improvement. Best change is however you can choose to now move across more than 3 countries while playing.

Simply Irresitible!

FM 2012 is the best game in the entire series so far! SI games have made plenty of tweaks to the gameplay, the player interaction, the transfers and the other aspects of the game.

Pros:
- Improved gameplay
- Better Player interactions
- Ability to add/remove leagues in the middle of your save game
- Huge Database of Players, Leagues and Teams
- You can now manage International youth teams like for the Olympics
- Better International Team Management
- Team Meeting feature
- Better and more detailed Transfer and Contract negotiations
- More realism
- Highly addictive

Cons:
- 300 MB up...

- No Editor

Despite the trivial shortcomings, it is still an awesome game and the best so far in the series.

Worth, but could have been better.

Everything is good. Except for few things,

Unable to play the game as soon as installed. Must update(Nearly 300 MB) for start playing, which takes lot of time.
Steam for launching.
No in-built data editor.
3D graphics is very bad, and taking more time to load.
Application crashes sometimes.
Player faces are not available for English and other leagues.

For next release: We do not want STEAM for launching...!!

Huge Disappointment

I am a fan of the FIFA Manager series. I purchased this game because I had read a lot of great reviews about it and I was willing to give it a try.

While the FIFA Manager series focuses on non-football activities like youth players, stadium infrastructure, personal life etc. Football Manager puts too much emphasis on football. However, the real problem with this game is its poor interface and horrible graphics.

I guess its a good game for extreme enthusiasts who want to know what it feels like to be a real manager, but I didn't find this game worth playing. If you are an amateur gamer wh...
