The International Software Testing Qualifications Board is an Edinburgh based certifying organization. This organization offers internationally recognized certifications to software testing professionals. Dorothy Graham is an experienced software engineer, consultant and teacher.

Her other books are Experiences of Automation, Software Test Automation, and Software Inspection.

Dorothy Graham began her career as a software engineer at Bell Labs, New Jersey. She then moved to the UK and worked for Ferranti Computer Systems. She then designed training courses for the National Computing Centre, and later started the consulting and training firm Grove Consultants. Since 2008, she is working as an independent consultant and trainer.

Erik van Veenendaal is a highly respected software testing consultant and author.

Other books by this author include Test Maturity Model integration (TMMi) - Guidelines for Test Process Improvement, Practical Risk-Based Testing - The PRISMA Approach, and Improving the Test Process.

Erik van Veenendaal worked as a software developer before moving to software testing. He founded Improve Quality Services BV, a firm that focuses on quality testing and test management. He was Vice-President of ISTQB from 2005 to 2009.
