    Few good points are, its very practical meaning very easy to fit it into routine .very encouraging. very scientifically n medically correct reasoning in casual words about the working of human body, when comes to changes in weight.     A very good book!!

    Overall a basic practical guide on how to follow a diet program and a basic exercise routine. If one reads and follows the instructions to the tee, i think he/she would be very successful in achieving their weight loss goals. Plus the diet is very flexible.     Picked up this book after hearing the audio book, coz it inspired me n my parents at home! Very very practical and amazingly healthy way! And if you sincerely follow the guidelines given, trust me, you LOSE WEIGHT IN FOUR WEEKS!!! Little difficult to get ourselves disciplined especially if you are junkie; but it's all in your mind!

    best book if you want to lose weight while gaining strength

    Very useful Information

    I purchased this book one month back. In fact, I am trying to reduce weight for last 18 months. I obtained knowledge from websites and made some changes to my daily food. I am successful in reducing 13 kg in 11 months (Jan 2012 to Nov 2012) and stuck there.
