    Gripping Corporate Murder Mystery

Knowing RV Raman well and what he stands for, a disclosure: he is a good friend, mentor and former colleague of the reviewer.

A very good first attempt by RV Raman. The book stands our for its fast pace, an engaging plot that keeps you guessing till the end and a large cast of characters many of whom could be the villain, adding to the mystery.

Given the number of banking scams that we see unravelling in India, while this is a work of fiction, the context that is paints appears real and pla...

    Riveting read!

"Fraudster" is superbly fast-paced, with well-drawn characters and a very nice story line, set against the backdrop of the financial sector. The finance elements of the story are not at all esoteric; they can be easily understood by a broad readership, while finding chilling empathy with finance practitioners. The action sequences are thrilling, making this book a one-session, riveting read. What I especially liked is that this book has crisp language, narrates a jolly good story, and does no...

    First of its kind!

An excellent book, and the first of its kind that I have read. Extremely fitting for the present scenario in the country. It has an interesting murder, but which is a part of a grander scheme which makes it all the more exciting. Great read, I really enjoyed myself.

Engaging thriller, but not very interesting

This is a corporate thriller with banking and audit backdrop.

I would recommend this to anyone who loves fiction and crime thrillers. Story is fast paced, well explained and climax is good.
Author is successful in keeping reader in suspense till the end. All clues are open to the reader allowing him to guess the fraudster, but it is not easy. Characterization of Varsha, Kunal and Ranade is good. Smallest details about banking jargon and hacking of blackberry and mail servers are explained w...

    A thrilling read

It was quite a thrilling read, a roller coaster of a trip. Pacy with a few surprises thrown in, as the tension just keeps building. It kept me up till the wee hours of the night.

A nicely crafted mystery in a well narrated thriller.

    Interesting read

Story was well-paced, and could relate well in the current context Follows the good principles of a gripping murder mystery plot - there were enough characters to be suspicious about, operating in the context of a larger game. What I found quite distinct in the book (in comparison to others) is the use of the English language - clear, simple, no profanity
