Freddie The Firefly

A young firefly named Freddie wants to compete in an annual flying contest. Due to an accident that prevented Freddies father from competing in the contest he had once won, Freddie is forbidden to fly in any contest. Just be a regular firefly and be yourself, his parents would tell him. Being regular was not what Freddie wanted. He secretly flew every chance he got, supported by his friend Chuck. He really wanted to fly in the contest and make his parents proud. When Freddie falls in love for the first time and then gets rejected, he becomes unsure of himself. He doesnt know if he can still compete or what his parents will say if he does. Can he overcome his insecurities? His greatest challenge comes when danger occurs on the day of the contest.
