"Freedom From Conformity" is an intense journey of transcending the bondage of conforming to social and religious beliefs. Liberty is established through detaching ourselves from traditions, dependence, beliefs and acceptance. When we think in the future tense, tomorrow I shall be happy, tomorrow God will do this or that, tomorrow is everlasting joy, we walk in sadness and sorrow because time is grief. A good way to be free from the turmoil of this world is by letting go of the past and living in the present moment, right here and now. Whatever life takes away from you, let it go. By letting go of the past we will allow ourselves to be fully alive in the moment. The author thoroughly challenges us to confront three issues. First, to 'think" outside the conditioned mind. Second, to leave behind 'self" and all its fears, ambitions and escapes. Third, obtaining immortality by living in the 'now."
