The village of Tichburg boasts 27 volunteer firefighters, 4 fire trucks, 3 small stores, a population of 473 offbeat residents - and an 11-year-old auxiliary assistant to the fire chief named Frogger, who cheerfully wanders around town trying to be helpful to everyone.
