I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

It's OK
Was expecting something special, since this was one of the more expensive chargers available. Used it a couple of times now, and not sure it is worth it:
- LCD feels like a gimmick
- emits a high pitched sounds. Not sure if this is a defect or by design.
Charging time is supposedly much faster, but still need to verify this.
Would have rather gone for one of the cheaper 250 Rs. chargers.

Great product and as usual a great service from flipkart!
It works great and quickly charges three AAA batteries and one AA simultaneously. It has dispalys the charge level on each cell individually. To be precise it works as per the product specification. I would recommend the product as it is low priced with great features. Again a great service by Flipkart.

Excellent Charger
This is an excellent product at this price. There are four independent charging channels and you can charge 1-4 AA/AAA cells in any combination. The blue LCD shows the charging status. Easy to use and versatile. Works with universal voltage.

Average product
The LCD display helps to see the charge level. The product identified a rechargeable cell as faulty (a square is blinking for long time in LCD panel) but it is fully charged when I checked with multimeter. Some features of this Product seems not reliable.

Yes, think twice before you go for this product. If you want something fancy then it is OK.
