How do I place a Cash on Delivery (C-o-D) order?

I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

Fujicell BST Fuji-912B Battery Charger
This is a simple SMPS based charger without intelligence. No cut off at full charge. Considering simple SMPS, the price charged is more and not worth. Flipkart delivery is excellent and received in time.
