Fujicell FHR-4H-AA (1100 mAh-4 Pcs) Rechargeable Ni-CD Battery

Please DO NOT purchase Fujicell branded products. I had ordered for this set of 4, 1100 mAh rated cells. They were able to get charged-up, but lasted less than a standard pair of AA cells. Compare this- my iMac bluetooth magic-mouse is able to run on a pair of Duracell for at least 45-50 DAYS. These 1100 mAh batteries lasted for 2 (TWO) days! I had also ordered for this set (charger plus 4 cells of 2800 mAh), but the 2800 mAh rated batteries would just not charge, even after 8 hours of charging.

I asked flipkart to replace the products, but even the replacement is giving me the same problems. I then searched for 'fujicell' on Google, and its only then I realised that they are a very undependable brand. One review showed how the 2800 mAh rated cells give not more than 1800 mAh. If indeed true, which I am strongly inclined to believe, this is in clear violation of consumer laws in India.

Avoidable!

I bought this set 1 month back for my trip. Thing is, I never had to open this set since my other batteries are working fine. I also have a big set of sony 2100mAH and set of Everready.

But I did a big research before buying this one and I can tell, this is the most Value for money product on the market. 160 Rs for 4 rechargeable is too good, even for Ni-CD.
Ni-Mh are usually much better then Ni-CD, but a set of 4 Ni-mh for 1100 series will cost Rs 400 easily.

One thing I am not sure if about the charger for these. Though they have same 1.2V like Ni-Mh, I guess same charger can do and I dont need to buy another one.

All in all, you can go for them, 160 Rs is not a big amount.

* a reliable brand.
* holds charge for days; better than the standard Ni-MH
* cheaper than Ni-MH
* good for toys, flash light torch, radio.

Hi, i have been using these 1100mAH Ni-Cds for a while now. these are great for high drain devices. i measured about 720mAH capacity at 300mA discharge to 1.0v per battery. Thats impressive! if you were to discharge them at less than 100mA these would last close to 10Hrs!. The Fujicell Ni-Cds are better than standard Ni-MH, in that they remain charged for long (10% discharge per month compared to 30% for Ni-MH) Fujicell Ni-Cds cost less than Ni-MH batteries.

These may seem to be low powered, what with "only" 1100mAh power, but that also means that they are much less susceptible to current leakage that plagues cells of >2000mAh capacities.
These also charge much quicker in standard chargers, taking 8hrs on 160mA chargers as opposed to 21hrs for 2800mAh cells.
They also provide better than proportional backup. My digicam takes 150 shots with these and around 250 with 2800mAh cells. This clearly shows that there is less current leakage in these as compared to high capacity cells.
I purchased 2 sets of this product, and always have power backup for my FujiFilm FinePix S5800.

Fujicell FHR-4H-AA (1100 mAh) Rechargeable Battery is a very great product.
it is great for high drain devices. (eg. Toys of the children, Flash light torch etc.)

The product is delivered in time (actually before expected time) by flipkart. (Thank u "FLIPKART" 4 that ).

I suggest to by this product without thinking about the negative comments given by some users , as they may misguide u.
