Fujifilm FinePix AV200 Point & Shoot

I ordered this camera after careful comparison with other models. This is Value for money. The features that attracted me were
(1) 14 megapixels
(2) HD movie
(3) 4 GB Card free
(4) Pouch Free
(5) Charger and battery free
(6) Relatively cheap for a point and shoot RS 4100

I ordered the camera and was delivered in good condition. The colour (red) was an eye turner (HOT). Everybody who saw my camera were impressed. Very satisfying features. There are many features that you cand dig out of the. This gives more for the money we pay.

P.S. I have ordered two AA size Sony 2700 mAh rechargeable batteres though, as a back up for my camera.

I bought this from flipkart. I thank to them for delivery on 2nd day, and awesome packing for security of product.

Pack have, Camera, Software CD, Data transfer Wire, Memory Card, Battery Charger with 2 Rechargeable Batteries. Plus 2 Additional batteries.

Camera is simple to operate, and Zoom is nice.
I took pictures from it, and loaded into Laptop,
I was surprised to see the quality.
One can see even pores on his skin.

It also have powerful flash. I took pictures in night.
And they were extremely clear.

Finally I am very happy to buy this camera.

I bought this camera more than an year ago, not through flipkart. Although i initially did not expect it to last this long, but here are the shocker:
1.Picture are still crispy and no complaints, I have taken more than 2000 pictures.
2.Amazing Macro Focus at distances Upto 10cm.
3.Shot 4 movies for movie competitions and more than 15 hours of footage has been recorded, and the HD quality is still amazing.
4.The build quality is amazing, the colour has not faded, no loose parts even after using on water slide (yes it stopped working for 2 hours because of the water), amusement park rides, road bumbs and drops on the floor.
5.the microphone is really amazing.....
6.HD Video is a treat to watch....
7.very fast processing in terms of photo viewing, video playing, and image storing as compared to others camera which are really slow
after all those things i have subjected this camera to (i am a school boy, so i took it to school, shared with friends..etc..)it is still as good as new except a few scratches.
no complaints till now.
Cons
1.alkaline battery
2.slow USB tranfer speed, as compared to card readers...(in XP).

I purchased this cam from flipkart a year back when i had sudden requirement. Review follows:

1. HD Shooting : Its just 720p not full HD but the quality of the video was very good. I would give 9/10 for that.

2. Sound Recording : When zoomed during a video capture the sound is not recorded during the zooming operation. Too bad

3. Picture Quality : I would say the its poor. Not at all good enough. Just ok for posting in Facebook but not good enough to take a print.

4. No dedicated Video Button : To switch modes between video and still , you have to go to the settings, its a real horrible thing in real practical environment. When u suddenly want to take a few quick snaps and then take d video, its very difficult.

5. Click Response : This is another problem i found with this cam. When the battery becomes low, you have to press hard twice or thrice to take a single snap. The button simply becomes unresponsive.

6. Night Modes : Almost all the night modes are a useless in this cam. Especially the fireworks mode.. U always get a blurred fireworks picture.

7. Battery Flexibility : This alone was the feature which made me buy this cam. You can use normal AA alkaline batteries which is easily available or 2 AA Rechargeable batteries. Already a 2100 mAh rechargeable batteries comes with this cam, but i purchased an extra SONY NH AA B2FN Rechargeable batteries too.. Take as many snaps as u want.. :)

Flipkart delivered this product on very next day(Bangalore). Thanks for that! I'm satisfied with this product because for ~5000/-, you cannot get a better camera than this.

Negative point is night mode sucks, also battery life is less. Smile and capture feature will not work. If you zoom to take snaps, quality goes bad. 'Auto' mode takes time to focus properly. Often you ends with blurred image.

You can get good quality picture with portrait mode. Also, panorama and face detection features are really good. Stylish sliver design can attract anyone!
