About Author :
Dr. Durgesh Pant is working as Reader and Head, Department of Computer Science, Kumaun University, SSJ Campus, Almora, Uttarakhand. He has been a major force behind raising computing and informatics to its present status, for more than eighteen years, he has been associated with Kumaun University. He has guided several Ph.D. students, and several of his research papers have been published in National and International journals. He is the Convener of Computer Science courses of Kumaun University.

Mahesh Kumar Sharma did his M.Tech. and is presently pursuing his Ph.D. He is working as Senior Lecturer in the Department of Computer Science, Amrapali Institute, Haldwani. He is the author of five books and has several international and national research papers to his name. He is content author for Chaudhary Devi Lal University, Sirsa and Uttarakhand Open University, Uttarakhand. He is an active member of Computer Society of India and Special Interest Group for E-Governance. He is the Coordinator of CSI, Sun System and IBM Academic Initiative Programmes.UFI-9223
