No specific book has so far been written which deals with law and justice particularly touching Indian Oriental Philosophy. In this book, Future Of Law And Justice, however, the author has attempted to present the comparative legal philosophy of Hindu, Muslim and Chinese scholars and communist philosophy of Russia. Western philosophy of Greek, Rome, British and American thinkers on the concept of law and justice has also been discussed in detail along with brief notes on the views of German, Australian and thinkers of other nations. This book highlights a complete picture of various faces and theories of law, justice and jurisprudence in the present setup of the society. The book is valuable as it provides a good exposure of oriental philosophy which has not received adequate attention of thinkers in both the eastern and western world.
