Works like a charm!
Tested on the below model:
Macbook Pro Model: 13" Early 2011, Core i5 2.3GHz. OSX 10.8.4.
Macbook Pro 8,1 version.

My laptop came with 4GB(2x2GB) RAM by default. I removed 1 2GB RAM, and fitted G.Skill 8GB in the top slot. Now the total memory is 10GB, which is more than sufficient for my use. Officially my system supports only 8GB RAM, but I have read articles saying, it can carry upto 16GB, so took a risk and it worked.

Works well
Thanks to Flipkart for very fast delivery. The product arrived in proper packaging.
The hard part was opening the Screws of MBP to replace the RAM, It took me 3 days to find proper Screw Driver, so If any body is trying to upgrade the RAM first get the Screw Drivers, Philips #00 Head.
I am using 2 X 8 gb of this module and it works perfect.

I got this product wrongly, i asked flipkart to exchange my product if You can't refund, they told me like seller don't accept my refund and also exchange of my product..i request you all please check before you place an order in flipkart, 30days replacement is not acceptable for all the products, which they won't mention ... i hate this site. i won't prefer flipkart to anyone in my life....

Works perfect on my Macbook pro early 2011 model
I got this ram today , installed it in my macbook pro early 2011 model and its working perfect . I did a lot research on what RAM to use on macbook and finally decided to go one with this 8 GB . Now I have two rams one 2 GB ( that came up inbuilt ) and second this 8 GB. I am experiencing a quite good boostup in performance . Though someone specified its not going to decrease bootup time or app start time , I feel it does speed up the boot process and app starts time .

Works like a charm
I bought a 8GB stick for my 2012 MacBook Pro. It was fairly easy to replace one of the existing RAMs with new one. Only thing you would require is a Phillips #00 screwdriver.

no issues, works great
Ordered on Nov 21, got it on Nov 24. Installed same day. Replaced original one of the 2GB with this one... so total RAM is now 10GB. Used my mac for couple of hours. Noticeable performance improvement.
Installation was easy, you need a specific screw-driver for for Mac. I didn't have it, borrowed it from a local Mac repair shop. Installation was quick < 10 min.
Overall excellent shopping experience and product use experience.
