Excellent card and value for money.
I have Core2 due old machine. The card is working fine with windows 7 as wel as ununtu 10. Just had to update the bios as it was 4 years old.
Also, 3D vision with HDMI and my lcd, works fine.
And, gr8 delivery by flipkart.

Works on Ubuntu 11.10 [No idea about 3D acceleration] More than enough oomph for movies and regular browsing.
Works on Ubuntu 11.10 out of box. Gets detected, you can get the drivers on Ubuntu by going to 'additional drivers' and downloading nvidia drivers. Haven't tried 3D acceleration. Not even sure if it's available on this GPU. Using 24 inch LED monitor. Installing nvidia drivers sets my display to unknown. I ordered it on Friday afternoon and received it on the next Friday morning as it was not in stock. Needs a lot of power and makes very light sound. I wanted to play GTA IV on low settings but my system (windows xp-32-sp3, core i3-3100 mhz) crashed. i have an old pc with a Gigabyte motherboard and Core 2 Duo Processor , and PSU of common 230v ! and 2gb ram
i needed a graphic card to play Call of Duty and BattleField and few of my Fav Games.... and i came Across this GPC and ordered it on flipkart with my fingers crossed , but when it Arrived !!!!! its was Packed well and a genuine piece. 1gb & DDR 3 !

A really good casual graphics card at this price.

1. Plays HD (upto 1080p) movies smoothly without any hiccups.
